Kringla weighs about 14.5 kg.
Kringla EL weighs about 20 kg.

Can I test the Kringla bicycle?
Kringla is only sold in our online store, but you can test the bicycle at home and return it for free.

I'm 190 cm tall, does that work with Kringla bicycle?
Yes. We recommend Kringla to anyone who is between 150-195 cm.

I weigh 100 kg. Can I use a Kringla?
Yes. Both Kringla and Kringla EL have a recommended maximum weight of about 100 kg.
 

Delivery

How long does the delivery take?
The delivery normally takes 2-5 working days in Norway.

What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping anywhere in Norway for all bicycles. Shipping costs of kr100 for orders under kr1000.

Will my Kringla be assembled?
Yes, pretty much. You just need to attach the saddle, handlebars and the bicycle bell.
 

Warranty

What is our warranty?
All our products have one year warranty covering manufacturing faults. And we make sure all our customers are happy with their purchase.

Can I return an order?
Yes. You have 30 days to make a return free of charge if you are not satisfied. We cover the entire shipping cost, back and forth.
 

Kringla EL

How fast is Kringla EL?
It runs up to a full 25 km/h.

Do I have to pedal?
Yes, but it is enough to pedal very easily to help the engine.
 

Battery

What is the range of Kringla EL's battery?
Kringla EL's battery is of high quality and has a range of 40-50 km.

How strong is the motor?
250 Watts.

How long does the battery last?
The battery life depends on how much you use it. You can expect about 3 years. A new battery can be purchased if needed.

How do I charge the battery?
You can easily remove the battery from the bike and charge it at home in a standard wall outlet. The charging time is about 4-6 hours.
